Reservation Policy: Taking reservations starting March 1st 2008 All reservations must be made by calling 319-636-2422, this is currently the only way that we can secure your reservation as well as your desired lot. No email or online reservations. 2-Day minimum on weekends. 3-Day minimum on Holiday weekends. We require a full deposit within 14 days after reservations are made, if a deposit isn't received within 14 days, the reservation will be cancelled without notice. Reservations made within 14 days of your stay require credit card guarantees. Credit card guarantees and checks will be processed promptly upon receipt. We will make every effort to reserve the site you request.

Value Season: 20% Discount April 18th thru May 8th & September 15th thru October 6th Weekly, Monthly & Seasonal Rates available. Rates are per family: include 2 adults, minor children, 1 vehicle and 1 camping unit. Doubling up on a site may be allowed with permission from management (rate will double). Group area requires a minimum of 4 units. Holiday weekends require a minimum of 6 units . Extra persons: $3.00 per person. Check in time: 2:00 p.m. (check in time may be earlier with management approval). Check out time: 1:00 p.m. You may stay longer to enjoy our facilities but you must vacate your site. Storage Fee For Camper: $5.00 per day
CABIN RENTALS No Smoking or Pets allowed in Cabins and a $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged to violators. Sleeps up to 5 with 2 sets of bunk beds, 1set of 2 singles & 1 set of 1 double & 1 single. Small Refrigerator. Air-conditioned. All cabins have a picnic table, fire ring and charcoal grill outside. No linens supplied. Please bring your own pillows, blankets, towels, etc. Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. You may stay longer to enjoy our facilities but you must vacate your cabin. No smoking or pets allowed in cabins. One vehicle parking per cabin, extra vehicles must use designated parking area.
VISITORS WELCOME All visitors must stop at office to receive "Visitors Pass" and this must be displayed in the front window of the vehicle. Visitors must pay $2.50 for each person using any of the facilities (i.e. pool, crafts, hayride, playground, horseshoes, volleyball) No visitors will be allowed in the park after 9:00 P.M. and must leave by 11:00 P.M. Visitors must park in designated areas.
CANCELLATIONS 15 days prior to arrival date: Full refund less $3.00 processing fee or credit voucher for full amount good for one year will be issued within 10 business days. 14 days prior to arrival date: NO REFUND. No Shows: No refund.
PETS Are allowed. Must be kept on a leash at all times. Do not leave your pet unattended No pets inside swimming pool area. Pet owners are liable for damage caused by their pet. YOU MUST pick-up after your pet (Staff and other campers do not care to step in your pet's droppings).
Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature. We schedule staff and plan activities based on reservations. Understand we cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedule, or other situations affecting our guests and therefore, enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances. This is a family–oriented campground. We reserve the right to refuse groups of teens or young adults not properly supervised. Please read and abide by our rules given at check in. These were made to make everyone’s stay more enjoyable.
